Director – Associate Support
Mike Jones was hired as the first employee within Ignite’s Associate Support department and as such has played an instrumental role in creating the foundation of Associate Support’s policies, procedures and organizational goals. In his present role, Mike provides day-to-day oversight of all aspects of Associate Support with a focus on training, quality and process improvements. Mike is very proactive in identifying issues and process improvements, and he assists the firm through his technical insight and problem-solving abilities.
Mike has over fifteen years of experience in the network marketing industry, which includes experience in Staff Management and Field Development. Prior to joining Stream Energy in early 2005, Mike served for six years in the Field Development area of Excel Telecommunications assisting the teams in the Northeastern states with their weekly meetings.
