Lisa Holliday
Board Member & Chief Risk Officer
Lisa Holliday since early 2011 has held the position of Chief Risk Officer of Stream Energy, a leading energy service provider, directly overseeing the firm’s enterprise-wide risk management functions as well its wholesale power operations and commercial sales groups. Previously, and since its commencement of operations, Lisa had served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, in which capacity Lisa oversaw the totality of the firm’s financial, accounting and budgeting activities as well as its risk management functions, wholesale power procurement and information technology operations. Since 2006, Lisa has also been an executive member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Having joined Stream Energy only months after its founding, Lisa was previously self-employed for four years as an energy risk management consultant working with a variety of start-up natural gas and power marketing and retail organizations. From 1996 through 1998, she served as Vice President, Risk Control Officer and Treasurer of PG&E Energy Trading Corporation and PG&E Gas Transmission Corporation (the deregulated natural gas trading and provisioning arm of Pacific Gas & Electric). From 1990 to 1996, Ms. Holliday served in various officer roles for Edisto Resources Corporation (a publicly traded oil and gas production and trading company), including Vice President, Treasurer and Risk Control Officer. Lisa started her professional career as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick.
She holds a Bachelor degree and completed advanced Masters degree hours in Professional Accounting from Mississippi State University. Lisa also during 2011 was nominated for the Rising Star – Individual Award in connection with the Platts Global Energy Awards.
