Director – Quality Management
James Hall serves as the firm’s Director of Quality Management, where he is chiefly responsible for managing the relationships with Stream Energy’s primary technology partners including oversight of quality and delivery. In this role, James devotes significant time towards aligning objectives and ensuring that Stream Energy’s partner organizations deliver high quality projects and services to support the firm’s operations and customers.
Prior to this role, James was responsible for the implemetation of Stream Energy’s national expansion plan, whereby the firm strategically entered 11 new markets over a three-year period. James also served in various operational roles, leading teams of customer service and operations analysts in an effort to streamline and improve the firm’s customer experience offering. James’ competencies and expertise include electricity and natural gas market operations across the United States, utility CIS systems, ISO registration and certification and technical project delivery.
James initially joined Stream Energy in 2007, bringing with him a decade of experience from the natural gas business and the electricity transmission and distribution segments of the energy industry. He spent considerable time throughout the late ‘90s and early 2000’s with the Red Simpson and Miller Pipeline companies performing contract work for TXU and Lone Star Gas, respectively.
James lives in Rowlett and is a proud father of two daughters.
