Director – Customer Operations
David Gilmartin serves as Director of Customer Operations, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Stream Energy’s customer service center. Representing the “voice of the customer” to the rest of the enterprise, he is responsible for leading the customer operations team while aligning its strategic plan as well as implementing best practices and technology solutions to provide the firm’s customers with optimal care.
Prior to joining Stream Energy, David spent his professional career leading customer operations centers for Fortune 500 companies and clients, such as Aflac, OnStar, General Motors and EDS. An expert in customer service operations, he has extensive experience within the automotive, consumer services, financial services, retail and telecommunications sectors.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College as well as a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University. David and his wife have a son and a daughter.
